Find here how to Export Live Exchange Mailbox to PST Format
The process of converting Exchange mailboxes for emails, tasks, calendars, contacts and other elements into PST format will be done step by step. To understand this process, users need to get an idea about each and every step. Enlisted are the steps for exporting Exchange mailbox to PST without losing dignity of email properties:
STEP 1: Launch Exchange Export
- Install the product, the first screen of EDB PST online converter will show Export tab. Click on this option.
STEP 2: Click on Export
- Now, the other screen will show a list of all active directory, from where active database that is required can opted
STEP 3. View Active directory details
- Once database is selected, click on Next tab.
STEP 4: Select a mailbox
- Right click on the desired database node to view the details.
STEP 5: Mailbox detail
- Enlisted information will show a count for mails, tasks, calendars, contacts, journals, and notes.
STEP 6: Select criteria
- The next screen will show options to choose category for which Exchange data will be transferred and categories are:
- Emails
- Contacts
- Calendars
- Tasks
- Journals
- Notes
STEP 7: Email Filter
- Email filter is also available to export data for a specific date range.
STEP 8: Allow dumpster
- Allow Dumpster: This option is to export Dumpster emails from Exchange live to PST file format
- Delete Emails From Mailboxes: If emails from Exchange mailboxes to PST are exported, the deletion of those emails can be done.
STEP 9: Browse the location
- Browse the location where Exchange data get saved after Exchange live export into PST, click on next.
STEP 10: Check Status
- Check the report of data export Exchange mailbox to PST.
STEP 11: Click OK to Finish
- Once the task of Exchange export will finish, at the screen the message of process completion will be seen.
