How it Works

STEP 1: Add Office 365 account credentials

• Provide the credentials of Office 365 account which need to be downloaded and saved in PST file.

STEP 2: Select mailbox items

• Select desired items of mailbox that you want to move from Online Exchange to your local storage device.

STEP 3. Browse destined path

• Browse the location where you want to save Ofiice 365 mailbox in PST file format.

STEP 4: Select PST or EML

• This step will give you two file format options i.e. PST or EML in which you can export Online database. You can also filter emails in a specific period.

STEP 5: Click OK to Finish

• After completing the conversion, a below screen will appear. Click OK to finish migration process.
