Import PST File Into Live Exchange Server
The software allows moving PST file mailbox into Exchange Server that is in active mode. For this, the SAM account (mailbox nick name) details are required. The tool will automatically map contents and fields of PST file with Exchange mailboxes.
Export Mailboxes from Exchange to PST File
The tool is a quick and safe provision for migrating data from Exchange mailboxes into PST. Emails, contacts, calendars and other database from live Exchange account is exported into PST file through Active Directory which should be in functional state for migration.
Migrate Multiple PST Files into Exchange Server
The software allows adding multiple PST files to Exchange database at once. PST folders can be mapped with Exchange SAM account name and the effective functioning of the tool ensures that no harm to the data is done while export.
Export Public Folders and Mailboxes to PST
This innovative and dual functioning tool helps to move multiple mailboxes or public folder items into Outlook PST file. Emails, contacts, journals, calendars, and other mail items can be migrated from Live Exchange Server to Outlook.
Selective Mailbox Export Option Available
Since database is exported using live Exchange Server, there is involvement of Active Directory. The software automatically loads the AD and shows its details on screen. Users can download the select the mailbox by enabling the check boxes for export.
Export Data From Dumpster and Deleted Emails
The software gives facility to export data even from dumpster while using export to PST option. Also, deleted items from the mailbox can be recovered and exported if required. For using these options, they are to be manually enabled by user.
Locate PST File Within Network
The PST file for import to Exchange Server can be located within a network. Provide domain credentials (username and password) and the tool will search for all the PST files within the network. PST files can be selected from results for import to live Exchange Server.
Email Filters to Eliminate Unwanted Messages
To exclude unwanted messages from export to PST, there is mail filter option in the tool. Emails received on defined time interval will be exported from Exchange database into Outlook PST.
